'Best Brass Section I've worked with since my time in Dexy's' Andy Leek.
"I've worked with Patsy for nearly 30 years and know her as the ultimate professional. She is so easy to work with as an empathetic accompanist, great soloist, and her own compositions are great too!"Eddie Martin - 2018 European Blues Best Solo Artist
"Each time I get to play music with Patsy Gamble with THE LITTLE BIG HORNS or on a Duo show, I enjoy the joy she puts into the groove. As the duo she gets to let her heart sing with each song. This amazing horn player has lots to say."Eugene 'Hideaway' Bridges - Nine times Nominee USA Blues Music Awards; Soul Blues Artist of the Year & Album of the Year. USA Blues Blast Magazine Nominee for Contemporary Blues Album.
"Patsy plays expressive sax with strong melodic lines - more edgy on the alto which I especially enjoyed. But the tenor was equally good...." Ian Scott - Jazz at The Bonded Warehouse, Stourbridge.
"Patsy’s sax brought in some tasty solos that at times were pretty funky: a widely-used session player, with her own band, she drew on her experience to just drop things in where needed perfectly...A big thank you to Patsy Gamble for her wonderful playing."Pete Clack - Blues In Britain
The Cotswold Distillery Festival, Stourton, Warwickshire 17/08/19 ‘…..Next up a band that had their first album out over a year ago, but in that time have grown into a quite awesome live band: it was HIPKISS, a four-piece featuring the voice and saxophone of the amazingly talented Patsy Gamble, alongside her (former Wishbone Ash) guitarist Muddy Manninen. For the next hour their mix of funk, soul, blues and some jazz was one of the biggest highlights of the day: this band are awash with talent, and with new songs for the next album they will surely become big on the UK scene.’ Pete Clack - Blues In Britain
'Patsy.... your playing is a joy! 'Billy Woodman - ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd
